Ethiopian — Reformation Coffee Co. Springfield, MO

The bright coffee has sweet notes of fruit that reminds me of sangria. The coffee’s fig and cherry also produce notes of fruit cookies. This has been my favorite offering from a local roaster, Blueprint Coffee.
Giant Steps — Blue Bottle Coffee Oakland, CA
- Region: Blend (Uganda, Papa New Guinea, Sumatra)
- Process: Washed
- Flavor Notes: Cocoa, Toasted Marshmallow, Graham Cracker
This coffee is a bold dark roast. I was excited for the flavor notes. The cocoa notes are prevalent but the other notes never shone through for me and overall left a lot to be desired.
